UNESCO World Art Day

In 2019, at their annual conference, UNESCO proclaimed April 15th to be World Art Day.

As a person who once thought I was not creative, I wholeheartedly support the promotion of art in any form of its creativity. Ever since I discovered that I do have some creative talent, I have been a sponge, learning and trying anything that captures my eye.

It brings me such joy and satisfaction that I want to share that with everyone I can. I've had people tell me they can't paint, but if I can convince them to try, I know that I can help them find their spark.

I am not saying I can guarantee that you will create a masterpiece on the first painting, but I can help you learn something new and have fun in the process. There are several people who have attended multiple classes and the progression is impressive and the big smiles that come with the results make my day.

I am offering monthly paint nights at the Legion (in Jasper!). Please check the schedule which I will post as I confirm the dates, along with the reference paintings.
